When someone signs their organization up to Complyfile, that person is automatically assigned as the primary Administrator of their Complyfile.
The primary Administrator can assign administrative privileges to other users. Only the primary Administrator can do this.
You can be a Administrator with system-access (only).
Or, if you want to receive the 'Email Updates' (which notify Administrators when a person's application form or reference has been completed), then you should ask the primary Administrator to assign these rights to you.
In addition, you can subscribe to the Email Updates once you've been granted Administrator Privileges (instead of asking the primary Administrator to do so).
