If your answer is, ‘that’s right, I already I have a full set of complete volunteer paperwork used to recruit these people’, then you won’t be needing the To Do workflow functionality for these people (as you’ve already done this off-line, so you’ve already got all their completed volunteer application paperwork).
So, now you have two options for how you can create the volunteer records for these people in your Complyfile:
Option 1: import one by one
You can follow the instructions here: (‘Do you have one (1) person for whom you do not need to use the workflow functionality in recruiting them into your organisation?’), and create a volunteer profile page for each person, one by one,as described in the steps above.
Option 2: bulk upload file import
Or, you can import them using our bulk upload file feature. This enables you to import a CSV file with a list of your volunteers, which you pre-populate with the relevant personal details of each person you’re uploading, allowing you to import the list as a group.
