If you make payments for your Complyfile subscription on the Annual Plan, and your annual contract expires, your Complyfile account will be suspended. This most often happens if you don't have your contract set to auto-renew in your Admin console.
To renew your expired Annual Plan contract:
- Sign in to your Complyfile Admin dashboard.
- On the page that says your account has been suspended, click Fix this.
- In the section next to Renewal options, click Change.
- Select Auto-renew my contract.
- Click Save.
Once your renewal options are set to auto-renew, your suspension will be lifted and your Complyfile will be restored.
