Why my Complyfile account is suspended

If you sign in to your Complyfile dashboard and see a message that your Complyfile account has been suspended, it's probably because of a billing issue. To lift the suspension and keep using your Complyfile, you're going to have to resolve the issue.

How to resume service if your 30-day free trial expired

When you sign up for your Complyfile, you can use your Complyfile free for 30 days. After that, you must set up billing to begin paying for service. If you don't set up billing within 30 days, we'll suspend your Complyfile until you do.

How to resume service if your Flexible Plan's monthly payment failed

If we can't successfully charge your Complyfile billing account for a monthly payment and you don't fix the problem within 30 days, we'll suspend your Complyfile.

What to do: Fix payments to lift a billing suspension.

How to resume service if your Complyfile Annual Plan expired

(Annual Plan customers, only).

If you're on the Complyfile Annual Plan and you let your annual contract expire, we'll suspend your Complyfile until you renew your contract.
