• Sign in to Complyfile Dashboard.
• Go to the Settings gearwheel.
• Click Billing for [your organisation}.
• Click Change Plan
• Choose your new plan and click Submit
• Specify payment information and click Continue
• Click Continue and review.

From Annual Plan to Flexible (Monthly) Plan (before free trial expires)

• Sign in to Complyfile Dashboard.
• Go to the Settings gearwheel.
• Click Billing for [your organisation}.
• Select Flexible (Monthly) Plan.
• Review and save your change.

From Annual Plan to Flexible (Monthly) Plan (after free trial expires)

• Sign in to Complyfile Dashboard.
• Go to the Settings gearwheel.
• Click Billing for [your organisation}.
• Next to Payment plan, click Change.
• Select Flexible (Monthly) Plan.
• Review and save your change.

When your annual subscription is next up for renewal, you'll be switched to the Flexible (Monthly) Plan.
