How do I remove an attachment / document from a user’s profile?

To remove an attachment / document from a volunteer's profile, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Admin dashboard.
  2. In the top left of your screen you'll see your Toolbox. Click the 'Manager' button.
  3. From the list of drop-downs, select 'Manage Volunteers'.
  4. Scroll down to your list of volunteers. If you don't see the name of the person you're looking for right away, just type it in the Search field. Click on the person's name to view their profile.
  5. Navigate down to the part where their documents are strored. Locate the document you want to remove. 
  6. If you want to delete it, press the X button. A pop-up will ask you to confirm if you want to delete it. Click 'Confirm' to delete the document. Click 'Close' if you do not want to delete it.
  7. If you want to download the document to your computer, click the down arrow that looks like it's pointing into a filing tray. The document will automatically download to your computer (check the Downloads section on your computer).
