Warning
Do not make a change to any text in square brackets. There is code written into these sections. The code pulls into the Email Template the data requested in the square brackets e.g. First Name or OrgName.
If you make a change, this will affect all emails that use that Email Template, so only top level administrators should make this change.
If in doubt, don't make the change!
NOTE: It's common sense but please be aware that if you make changes to your default templates, those changes override the default email templates we've created.
We strongly recommend you get internal sign off to any changes you make, before doing so.
You can update the organisation policy or procedures document that auto-attached to the Email Template too.
Again, make sure this is only ever an organisation document that you attach, and if in any doubt, please ask for help from the Complyfile Support Team.
