1. Go to the Complyfile login page
2. Login via the Complyfile website, or
3. Go directly to https://secure.complyfile.com
   
4. Click the 'Reset Password' button.
   
5. Type in your email address and press submit.
6. You'll be sent an email to your registered address. Simply follow the instructions in your email. Note that if you have enabled 2 Step Verification as an additional security step, you'll need to have your mobile phone with you, so that you can receive your 4 digit code as part of your login process.
7. Complyfile requires all users to have a secure password. When creating your password you will see a tick when the password has been considered secure. Use at least:
   • 8 characters, up to a maximum of 15 characters in total
   • one number
   • one uppercase letter
   • one lowercase letter
