What do I do if I’ve lost access to my 2-step verification codes?

If you've enabled two-step verification for your Complyfile account and have lost access to your phone (to which you get sent your 4-digit securitu code), you have a few options.

  • If you have your emergency backup code(s), click on "disable verification", then enter the backup code in the "Emergency code" field. The emergency backup code is a code we showed you when you first set up 2-factor authentication. You (hopefully!) wrote it down and stored it in a safe place.
If you're unable to recover your emergency backup code, let us know that you need help accessing your account
