Think long and hard before making someone else a secondary Administrator. Ask yourself:

• Is it necessary for this person to have access to your Complyfile?
• Are they authorized under your organisation's rules/policies/procedures to have access?
• Double check that you've got all your bases covered before you make someone else a secondary Administrator.

This is important as in your Complyfile both primary and secondary Administrators have all-systems access, i.e. to all volunteer data, so ensure that they're duly authorized to have that access before assigning them with administrative privileges.
